What you will do

• Define and drive the artistic vision, visual style, and creative direction for slot game projects.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and art direction guidelines.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2D Artists and Animators, providing regular feedback and creative guidance.
• Collaborate with Game Designers to ensure visual design supports gameplay mechanics and player engagement.
• Oversee the production of 2D assets and animations to maintain visual excellence and brand standards.
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to optimize creative production and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as an Artist, Art Lead, or Art Director within the Gaming or iGaming industry.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Experience with animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Spine, or similar software.
• Fluent Russian language skills (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Georgia, Armenia, Poland, Portugal, or Spain.
