Location: Remote from Georgia, Armenia, Poland, Portugal, or Spain

What you will do
- Define the artistic vision, visual style, and creative direction for slot game projects.
- Create concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and art direction guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2D artists and animators.
- Oversee the production, review, and approval of 2D assets and animations.
- Collaborate with game designers, developers, vendors, and outsource studios to align creative and product goals.
- Optimize production pipelines, implement AI-powered creative workflows, and support promotional asset creation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as an Artist, Art Lead, or Art Director in gaming or iGaming.
- Deep knowledge of iGaming, slot game trends, mechanics, visual styles, and player preferences.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and managing creative teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Spine, or similar animation tools.
- Fluent Russian, written and spoken, is required.

- Knowledge of slot game regulatory requirements.
