What you will do

• Manage capital deployment, monitoring, and risk across the firm’s vaults.
• Execute allocation and rebalancing across protocols, managing leverage and liquidity.
• Identify and structure high-quality off-chain and traditional-market yield to bring on-chain.
• Continuously adapt investment strategies to volatile crypto market conditions.
• Collaborate with the quant and engineering teams on execution and tooling.

Requirements

• Experience managing fixed income, credit, or structured portfolios at a bank, hedge fund, or asset management firm.
• Strong working knowledge of on-chain markets and DeFi.
• Strong quantitative foundation.
• Ability to operate autonomously in volatile, fast-changing markets.
• Must be based in the US
