What you will do

• Own the studio's game development roadmap, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and grow the production team to achieve studio goals.
• Coordinate across internal and external teams through all stages of the game development lifecycle.
• Establish and enforce production best practices, processes, and metrics across projects.
• Analyze KPI data and provide solutions to drive desired changes.
• Playtest and provide feedback on game math, mechanics, and flow to optimize player experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience with real-money slot games for iGaming or land-based markets.
• Experience leading and managing teams within a game development environment.
• Degree in Game Production, Project Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of game production methodologies and the development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with project management tools, specifically JIRA.
• Must be based in the USA.
