What you will do

• Establish and optimize game development pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and detailed production schedules.
• Set milestones and deadlines across all departments while managing project scope.
• Supervise day-to-day operations in close collaboration with leadership and development teams.
• Lead production meetings, track project health, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Manage personnel, resolve conflicts, and assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in game development or a similar production role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience in budget and scope management.
• Proficiency in project management software, specifically Jira.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines across engineering, design, art, and QA.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience shipping games on PC, console, or mobile platforms.
• Background in recruitment and staff development.
