Senior Product Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Lead partner and customer discovery to identify high-value opportunities in RWAs, tokenized securities, and stablecoins.
• Translate ambiguous external requests into structured PRDs with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Assess technical feasibility and complexity for integrations, including smart contract and protocol dependencies.
• Build ROI-driven business cases and secure cross-functional alignment for product go-decisions.
• Define integration scopes with Engineering and manage the delivery process through to production.
• Monitor post-launch metrics and iterate on products based on ecosystem insights and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or founder experience, focusing on externally driven products or integrations.
• 2+ years in Web3/crypto with deep fluency in DeFi concepts, market structure, and RWA/stablecoin trends.
• Working knowledge of blockchain technology, including smart contracts, consensus models, and L1/L2 ecosystems.
• Proven track record of turning ambiguous partner requests into shipped products with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytics skills for defining success metrics and building data dashboards.
• Must be based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales on technical integrations.
• Familiarity with TradFi institutions, products, and operational constraints.
• Exposure to frontend or UX practices to collaborate effectively with designers.
