Product Operations, Analyst (Crypto)

Location: New York, NY, United States. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration expected 10+ days per month and weekend shifts as required.

Annual base salary: $92,000–$110,000 USD.

What you will do

• Coordinate timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds across products with Product, Engineering, Trading, and Treasury.
• Reconcile positions and balances, including operations involving company-issued stablecoins.
• Monitor venues and systems in real time to identify and resolve exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues.
• Record transactions accurately in systems of record and maintain bookkeeping entries.
• Document and improve operational processes, system configurations, and settlement instructions.
• Support globally distributed customers through 24x7 operations, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in operations, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work weekend shift patterns and regional shifts within a global follow-the-sun operating model.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, organisation, and focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience implementing off-the-shelf and in-house operational solutions.
• Broad understanding of markets and instruments, including cleared, OTC, crypto, and derivatives.
• Experience with SQL and crafting operational queries; familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles is advantageous.
