What you will do

• Build and deploy scalable ML models for production, focusing on time series forecasting and NLP text understanding.
• Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis to scope ML opportunities and design training and evaluation strategies.
• Develop and implement new features to enhance model performance and business logic.
• Translate client business problems into technical machine learning problems.
• Write and review production-quality pull requests on a daily basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist in scalable production environments.
• Deep proficiency in Python, Pandas, Jupyter, and ML stacks such as sklearn, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Must be based in the US or have a transferable active US visa.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dagster, Terraform, Spark, or Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of owning and maintaining model-serving pipelines in production.
• Expertise in clean code, unit testing, and functional design patterns.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical modeling and probabilistic programming.
