Salary: $190,000–$225,000 base

What you will do
- Build and deploy scalable ML models for production, focusing on time series forecasting and NLP text understanding.
- Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis to scope ML opportunities and design training and evaluation strategies.
- Develop and implement new features to enhance model performance and business logic.
- Translate client business problems into technical machine learning problems.
- Write and review production-quality pull requests on a daily basis.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist in scalable production environments.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Pandas, Jupyter, and ML stacks such as sklearn, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Must be based in the US or have a transferable active US visa.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dagster, Terraform, Spark, or Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of owning and maintaining model-serving pipelines in production.
- Expertise in clean code, unit testing, and functional design patterns.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical modeling and probabilistic programming.
