What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Number Operations team through goal setting and regular 1:1s.
• Monitor team workload and queue health to ensure fair ticket distribution and SLA compliance.
• Define and track operational KPIs such as porting success rates and provisioning turnaround.
• Manage daily tickets for number provisioning, porting requests, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific telecom regulations and carrier documentation.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead, Product, and Engineering teams on tooling and automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and developing staff.
• Knowledge of telecom regulations, number portability rules, and carrier requirements.
• Ability to manage operational KPIs and report to senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office.
