What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to align project objectives, timelines, and priorities.
• Drive talent acquisition by partnering with HR to hire, onboard, and mentor a strong local team.
• Oversee the launch and day-to-day operational management of the new Paris office.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Continuously improve internal processes and workflows to enhance office efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in project management.
• 6-7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Prior experience in Retail CPG and e-Commerce business.
• Experience managing teams of approximately 60 to 70 resources.
• Proven ability to handle a portfolio valued between $10M and $15M.
• Background in setting up and running new office locations.
