TL;DR

Salary: $54,882 - $108,395 per year

What you will do

  • Support safety oversight on offices and construction projects by implementing Beta’s SHEP and OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct safety audits and document compliance across office and project site locations.
  • Maintain safety training materials, official documentation, and company equipment/property.
  • Compile and evaluate subcontractor safety programs and safety performance; support projects with subcontractor safety issues.
  • Create job-specific safety requirements and site-specific safety programs based on project specifications.
  • Provide safety supervision for specialized equipment installations and support QA/QC and project management as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a safety role supporting high-voltage construction or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with additional relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of safety aspects for general civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical industries.
  • Knowledge of OSHA construction regulations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Project.
  • COSS or equivalent certification.
