What you will do

• Provide timely and accurate cost and schedule performance metrics utilizing Earned Value (EVMS) processes.
• Support baseline development activities, including charge numbers and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Analyze performance variances to budget and develop recovery plans.
• Report risks and opportunities related to baseline cost, schedule, and Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Manage program-level time-phased plans for revenue forecasting and 5-year planning.
• Handle customer invoicing, receivables collection, and provide financial data for Program Management Reviews (PMRs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline (Master's preferred).
• 3-5 years of related professional experience.
• Proven expertise in EVMS principles and DoD program financial controls.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations such as CAS, FAR, and DFARS.
• Understanding of various contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, T&M) and revenue recognition.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
