What you will do

• Lead and coordinate IT Operations, Office Management, and Hospitality.
• Drive operational projects from conceptualization to execution.
• Support company-wide initiatives including migrations, system implementations, and office expansions.
• Proactively identify and solve operational risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Work with leadership to implement organizational changes and scaling initiatives.
• Manage external vendors and operational partners.

Requirements

• Experience leading operations, business operations, workplace operations, or project management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
