What you will do
- Support business customers on proprietary software to identify service-related needs and provide world-class solutions.
- Troubleshoot product issues in collaboration with support and product development personnel.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer ticket workloads and calls.
- Train end users to meet new requirements and needs via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Proactively stay up to date with the latest technologies concerning company products.
- Recognize and escalate difficult technical or business issues within the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (indicated by 401K and domestic market focus).
- 2+ years of high-level technical support experience in a Windows environment.
- 2+ years of experience with computer software installation and configuration.
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating system architecture and security.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and function well under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Zendesk.
- Knowledge of the car dealership industry.
- Experience providing Windows, Mac, and mobile device support (iOS, Android).
