Salary: $134,400 – $170,000

What you will do

• Advise business owners on vendor selection and security investments using data-driven insights.
• Lead security posture reviews and negotiate remediation action plans with external partners.
• Align business units with global continuity frameworks such as ISO 22301 and NIST to maintain recovery plans.
• Manage security KPIs and project milestones using Power BI and Tableau dashboards.
• Provide SME support for M&A activities, performing risk assessments and designing integration roadmaps.
• Coordinate IT disaster recovery testing and lead Incident Management teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, or Business Continuity.
• Experience working within a regulated financial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF frameworks.
• Deep understanding of encryption standards, access controls, and data protection compliance.
• Based in Dallas, TX.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CBCP.
• Prior experience with M&A advisory and due diligence.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or PMP frameworks.
