What you will do

• Implement the organization’s information security strategy and initiatives.
• Align newly acquired businesses with corporate security policies, processes, and tools.
• Conduct risk assessments and support remediation efforts to highlight areas for improvement.
• Develop engaging communications and education programs to promote security awareness.
• Research industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to support leadership decision-making.
• Track and report the effectiveness of awareness campaigns and security culture-building activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in information security, risk management, or security program management.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc. are not available).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
