Salary: $185,000 – $215,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise security strategy, policies, and operating procedures.
• Own compliance roadmap, including SOC 2, PCI DSS, and third-party risk management.
• Manage corporate IT operations, including endpoint management, identity access, and helpdesk support.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to define secure development standards and cloud security architecture.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of security, compliance, and IT professionals.
• Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on risk, security, and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in security, compliance, IT, or risk management.
• Proven success as a hands-on player-coach in a scaling environment.
• Deep experience owning compliance programs, specifically SOC 2 and PCI DSS.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and external auditors.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP.
• Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX.
