What you will do

• Define architecture and requirements for initiatives to accelerate CI/CD productivity and security posture.
• Architect and maintain scalable, reliable internal tooling using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Mentor and coach engineers as a subject matter expert to improve team best practices.
• Manage projects from conception to delivery, including requirements gathering and planning.
• Ensure high code quality and delivery timelines while managing stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of technical experience as an infrastructure or platform developer.
• Proficiency in Python, Groovy, and Bash.
• Deep experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, as well as Azure or GCP.
• Expertise in Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Terraform).
• Experience building full application release cycles and implementing AI-based automations.
• Must be based in the USA; the company will not provide immigration sponsorship.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP, AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI, or RAG solutions.
• BA/BS in Computer Science.
• Strong networking foundations (TCP/IP, DNS) and security principles (Threat modeling, Risk management).
• Experience with testing methodologies (Unit, Integration, System tests).
