What you will do

• Lead functional or technical workshops to analyze business challenges and design solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Document current and future state business processes, including process flows and functional design specifications.
• Perform Maximo installations, configurations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Develop and support reports using BIRT and Eclipse IDE.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test scripts, and triage defects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while independently delivering assigned workstreams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• 2–5 years of experience in gathering and implementing business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• For technical focus: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Nice to have

• Experience with Selenium or other automated testing tools.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to develop process maps using Visio.
