SAP Business Process Designer (S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and perform FIT/GAP assessments to determine optimal SAP solutions.
• Design and support end-to-end intercompany processes across Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Configure and customize SAP modules including FI/CO, SD, and MM to support complex workflows.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify requirements and evaluate standard capabilities.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments and system improvements.
• Partner with technical and business teams to drive continuous process improvements and enterprise transformation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP intercompany processes.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP ICMR (Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation).
• Active SAP FICO certification required
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and cross-value-stream intercompany processes.
• Experience integrating SAP processes across MM, SD, and PP modules.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace and defense industries.
• Knowledge of WBS integration and complex enterprise environments.
