Salary: USD 6,000 - USD 6,500 monthly

What you will do

• Lead a technical pod of full-stack DevOps/DevSecOps engineers as a player-coach, maintaining 40-60% individual contribution.
• Own end-to-end architecture across infrastructure, CI/CD, and application layers for workloads on Azure and GCP.
• Drive systems-level design and develop reusable Terraform, Ansible, and Helm patterns.
• Act as project manager for the pod, handling sprint planning, backlog maintenance, and stakeholder reporting.
• Embed security, compliance (FedRAMP, FIPS, ISO, PCI), and observability standards into all deliveries.
• Champion AI-first development practices, including model-assisted coding and agentic workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software or platform engineering, with 2+ years leading a team of 3+ engineers.
• Deep cloud architecture experience with Azure and GCP (AKS/GKE, networking, IAM).
• Strong proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Hands-on coding experience within the last 12 months.
• Excellent English proficiency and ability to work US-EST business hours.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in staff-augmentation or consulting delivery.
• Background in regulated industries such as BFSI, healthcare, or government.
• Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, CKA/CKAD, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate.
