What you will do

• Lead agentic AI development, focusing on multi-agent orchestration patterns and reliable tool use at production scale.
• Design and own MCP server infrastructure to expose backup data to AI agents with tenant-aware RBAC and query constraints.
• Own prompt engineering and evaluation workflows to reduce hallucinations and ensure behavioral consistency.
• Define and drive AI quality benchmarks for retrieval relevance and summarization accuracy.
• Implement AI security and safety measures, including adversarial prompt hardening and jailbreak resistance.
• Mentor engineers, raise technical standards, and lead architectural design decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience integrating AI/ML services and APIs into production backend systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience shipping end-to-end LLM capabilities, such as RAG, embeddings pipelines, or AI assistants.
• Expertise in designing multi-step agentic workflows with real-world tool integration.
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and building MCP servers.
• Experience building multi-tenant systems with strict data boundary enforcement and safety guardrails.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with enterprise identity providers like Azure AD / Entra ID or Okta.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data access policies, and agent guardrail frameworks.
• Background working with large-scale, multilingual enterprise data environments.
• Knowledge of OWASP LLM Top 10 security patterns and adversarial hardening.
