What you will do

• Surface and synthesize market insights through ride-alongs, merchant visits, and support shadowing in the LatAm market.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts to translate local feedback into crisp problem statements and priorities.
• Ensure product configurations and assumptions are tuned to local realities and operationally feasible.
• Lead in-market testing, pilots, and product rollouts for the Delivery portfolio in Latin America.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Analytics, and local business teams.
