Production Test Technician (Embedded)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; permanent onsite position

What you will do

• Program PCBs by uploading bootloaders and flashing firmware.
• Verify firmware versions, checksums, and functional test results.
• Calibrate sensors, including RF and offset calibration and parameter setup.
• Identify faulty PCBs and coordinate with the repair team.
• Prepare and maintain programming and test environments for mass-production flashing.
• Document test results, programming logs, faulty units, and firmware traceability by serial number.

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma in electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in firmware and testing processes.
• Ability to adapt to firmware updates, changing requirements, and production procedures.
• Ability to maintain quality under high-volume production pressure of up to 400 units per 8-hour shift.
• Problem-solving skills, including failure analysis and root cause analysis support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, quality, and production teams.
