Development Engineer (Embedded): Designing, developing, integrating, and verifying electronic hardware and software products across the product lifecycle with an accent on RF, antenna, digital, mixed-signal, firmware, embedded software, and signal processing design. Focus on product industrialisation, qualification testing, configuration management, technical documentation, and maintaining production-ready product performance.

What you will do
- Design, develop, integrate, and verify electronic hardware and software products throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support product industrialisation, qualification, manufacturing readiness, production transfer, and lifecycle activities.
- Develop and maintain product requirements, technical documentation, engineering records, and configuration baselines.
- Provide engineering expertise and technical support to product owners, production, programmes, customer services, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical reviews, engineering planning, continuous improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- BEng in Electronic Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of applicable engineering development experience.
- Experience in electronic product development, verification, and product lifecycle support.
- Knowledge of electronic product design, hardware and software development, RF, antenna, digital and mixed-signal design.
- Experience with firmware, embedded software, signal processing, engineering analysis, simulation, design validation, and qualification testing.
- Knowledge of requirements, configuration, product lifecycle, reliability, maintainability, obsolescence, manufacturing readiness, technical documentation, and product cost estimation.
