What you will do

• Build automation pipelines to transform manual market creation into self-serve workflows.
• Own and develop the internal markets portal for configuring and resolving markets.
• Design and implement backend services managing the full market lifecycle from launch to settlement.
• Create tools to enable market deployment in response to breaking news within minutes.
• Ship full-stack solutions using Node.js/TypeScript and React.
• Identify process bottlenecks and build systems to eliminate manual operational work.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Proficiency in building React frontends and full-stack applications.
• Background at startups, not big tech companies.
• High agency mindset with a focus on identifying and solving problems independently.
• Experience with automation and building internal tools.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with financial markets, trading platforms, or real-time data systems.
• AI/ML experience for market automation and data processing.
• DevOps experience with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines.
