What you will do

• Develop high-quality product experiences across the full stack using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate ambiguity into clear technical plans and execution.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation and long-term maintenance.
• Leverage AI-native engineering workflows to increase development velocity and improve software quality.
• Contribute to a culture of high standards, ownership, and strong technical collaboration.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience shipping production software using Node.js, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Must be based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
• Advanced proficiency with AI-native engineering workflows (coding models, IDE copilots, agent tools).
• Strong fundamentals in web applications, APIs, distributed systems, and modern frontend architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
