Salary: $177,000 – $230,000

What you will do

• Design and implement rich frontend experiences and scalable backend services for the Dynamic platform.
• Own features across the entire stack, from technical architecture through implementation and optimization.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs supporting authentication, wallets, and payments.
• Develop user-facing features and tooling for both developers and end-users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Contribute to platform performance, reliability, and overall scalability.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping production-grade, full-stack web applications.
• Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript on the frontend.
• Experience building backend systems and APIs using Node.js and frameworks like Express.
• Ability to work effectively across complex, evolving codebases.
• Must be based in New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain technologies, EVM chains, and on-chain integrations.
• Proficiency in Solidity for writing, deploying, and testing smart contracts.
• Experience securing smart contract systems post-deployment.
• Knowledge of various state management solutions in production React apps.
• Background in security products or high-sensitivity technical domains.
