What you will do

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, focusing on build times, test isolation, and caching.
• Design and maintain internal tooling, SDKs, and local development environments to streamline the engineering loop.
• Integrate and configure AI-assisted coding tools, building guardrails to ensure security and compliance.
• Partner with security engineering to implement FedRAMP-adjacent controls within developer workflows.
• Measure and track developer productivity metrics to identify and eliminate friction points.
• Ensure the operational health and reliability of internal developer platforms.

Requirements

• Proven track record of tackling complex engineering problems and delivering mission-critical results.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and internal developer tooling.
• Ability to design infrastructure that balances developer speed with strict security and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of containerization, secrets management, and supply chain integrity.
• Experience evaluating and implementing AI-assisted development tools in a professional environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
