What you will do

• Own and ship complex frontend features end-to-end, from scoping to production support.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design APIs and build reliable user experiences.
• Monitor system performance and lead incident response for frontend domains.
• Build and improve observability tools, including logs, metrics, and error reporting.
• Identify technical debt and contribute to frontend architecture evolution.
• Connect technical execution to measurable product outcomes like performance and conversion.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional frontend web engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of state management, data fetching, caching, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to own complex features from scoping through launch.
• Strong debugging skills and experience responding to production issues.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Frontend performance specialization.
• Experience with high-traffic, real-time, or financial trading products.
• Background in crypto, Web3, or adjacent financial infrastructure.
• Experience building for WebViews or shared web/mobile surfaces.
