What you will do

• Define and evolve the long-term franchise vision and roadmap for Monster Jam.
• Protect brand canon and equity across live events, licensing, gaming, and media.
• Provide strategic oversight of the global licensing portfolio and master toy partnerships.
• Design and execute audience lifecycle strategies to grow the fan base across key demographics.
• Lead franchise strategy for content slates, including digital, streaming, and feature film development.
• Serve as the central franchise integrator, aligning cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in franchise management, IP strategy, or brand leadership within film studios, sports leagues, or global entertainment brands.
• Proven track record of stewarding large-scale IP across live events, consumer products, and media ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of audience development and lifecycle fan engagement.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and manage senior external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site in Ellenton, Florida.
