What you will do

• Develop and manage messaging frameworks for broker and accountancy channels.
• Create diverse content formats including emails, web pages, ads, brochures, blogs, and social posts.
• Act as the guardian of the brand's "no-nonsense," approachable, and authoritative tone of voice.
• Collaborate with designers and web teams to deliver creative campaigns and go-to-market rollouts.
• Implement and optimize AI copywriting tools, prompts, and workflows to enhance team productivity and support self-service.

Requirements

• Proven experience writing clear, concise copy for various formats including web, email, social, and long-form content.
• Experience writing for professional services audiences, specifically brokers, accountants, or business owners.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, UK.
• Proficiency in using AI as a supportive tool for drafting, prompting, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent grammar and storytelling abilities with a focus on jargon-free language.
