Senior Language Manager (Localisation): Managing the linguistic and cultural quality of all German customer touchpoints across product, website, and marketing with an accent on localization strategy and quality standards. Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office) in Dublin, Ireland. Occasional travel to London, UK required.

What you will do

• Own and maintain the German language infrastructure, including style guides and glossaries.
• Ensure high linguistic and cultural quality across all German customer touchpoints, including Product, Marketing, and Support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve localisation issues.
• Manage and develop a team of German linguists through an external localisation supplier.
• Optimise the German customer journey and search functionality to enhance local relevance.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German language skills (essential).
• Authorisation to work in Ireland without restriction.
• Fluency in English.
• 5+ years of experience in a buyer/client-side localisation role.
• Degree in Languages, Translation, Localisation, or International Studies.
• Proven experience in translation and language quality management for Product and Marketing content.

Nice to have

• Experience with Smartling or similar TMS platforms.
• Experience in creative writing.
