What you will do

• Assemble and integrate mechanical, fluidic, electronic, and optical systems.
• Perform system integration testing and troubleshooting to ensure production quality.
• Develop and maintain calibration for test fixtures and manufacturing aides.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop manual instructions and production processes.
• Test new hardware and software during development and validation phases.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Quality System, safety, and gowning requirements.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechanical discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly/test manufacturing.
• Proficiency with electronic, optical, and biological test equipment.
• Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematic diagrams.
• Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Must work onsite at the Austin, Texas office.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in soldering.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA Quality System requirements.
• Experience with Enterprise Manufacturing systems such as Oracle or SAP.
