What you will do

• Manage full month-end process, producing management accounts and board reporting using NetSuite.
• Oversee monthly reporting and submissions to private equity houses and banks, including covenant reporting.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the Finance Business Partner and Senior Financial Transactions Manager.
• Handle payroll processing, tax reporting, and coordinate the annual company audit.
• Manage shareholder equity movements and oversee the customer contract database and churn logging.
• Track and pay sales bonus commissions and maintain working capital and cash forecasting.

Requirements

• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.
• Experience with NetSuite is essential.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing a finance team.
• 2+ years of experience within an SME finance function (100-250 FTE).
• Must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Private Equity.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Technology sectors.
