What you will do

• Provide day-to-day legal advice on commercial, corporate, and operational matters.
• Draft and review commercial agreements, supplier contracts, and partnership documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish regulatory authorities, specifically the DGOJ.
• Monitor legislative changes and provide practical guidance to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports through official portals.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure business initiatives are commercially sound and compliant.

Requirements

• Law Degree and admission to a Spanish Bar Association.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in private practice or an in-house legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish commercial, corporate, and regulatory law.
• Experience interacting with the DGOJ and understanding of the Spanish online gambling framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
