What you will do

• Provide oversight on compliance obligations for cryptoasset products and related controls.
• Ensure high-quality regulatory mapping and conduct regulatory gap analysis.
• Challenge, assess, and implement compliance policies from scratch.
• Review 1LoD compliance approvals for cryptoasset products and provide feedback.
• Oversee horizon scanning for relevant geographies.
• Manage a company-wide cryptoasset training and competency programme.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Expertise in cryptoasset related obligations including MiCA and CARF.
• University degree in STEM, business, or finance.
• Solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
