TL;DR

Location: Remote (Lithuania, Portugal, or Spain)
Salary: Lithuania: €5,800 - €6,900 gross monthly

What you will do
- Structure complex investment vehicles, including AIFs, ELTIFs, UCITS, SPVs, and PCCs.
- Lead legal due diligence on private market transactions and manage deal execution.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with AIFMD, MiFID II, and PRIIPs frameworks to enable asset distribution.
- Partner with commercial teams and leadership to launch new investment features.
- Manage legal and regulatory risks associated with private market funds.
- Provide actionable legal judgment to align commercial goals with regulatory constraints.
Requirements
- Master's degree in law with strong academic and law firm credentials.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth, trading, financial markets, or asset management.
- Experience as a private-practice lawyer at a top-tier law firm.
- Expertise in MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR, PRIIPS, and UCITS implementation.
- Knowledge of fund formation (AIFs, ELTIFs, SPVs) and transactional drafting/execution.
- Fluency in English.
