What you will do

• Prepare and run hardware readiness checkpoints (D-14, D-3), maintaining evidence links and KPIs.
• Lead FMEA, Control Plan, and MSA to ensure Cp/Cpk targets and manage pilot and mass-production yields.
• Ensure ICT/FCT/EoL coverage of 95% or more and manage tester correlation and golden samples.
• Coordinate PPAP (PSW, FMEA, MSA, capability, Control Plan) and supplier audits, and manage PCN/EOL.
• Own and verify the effectiveness of HW 8D investigations.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in HW quality or test.
• Expertise in PPAP, FMEA, GR&R, and EMC/reliability.
• Proficiency with Jira, Polarion, and Minitab.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills.
