What you will do

• Lead the strategy and direction of all phases of new implant procedure development from market definition to release.
• Define critical procedural skills by collaborating with implanting physicians and consultants.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory submission support.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for procedural knowledge transfer to field teams and customers.
• Design and analyze device performance through structured experimental plans to drive data-based decisions.
• Recommend design changes based on clinical evidence and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree with 10+ years of experience, Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in the US and possess valid US work authorization.
• Strong background in R&D and product development within a highly regulated industry.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
