What you will do

• Lead innovation management by ensuring demand completeness and monitoring launch performance to recommend supply strategy adjustments.
• Optimize product catalogues and manage lifecycles through SKU rationalization, portfolio analysis, and discontinuation planning.
• Manage and consolidate license tracking, aligning performance with financial and strategic objectives.
• Build and validate global demand volumes for AOP/PF and ensure the accuracy of S&OP data flows.
• Analyze S&OP KPIs such as MAPE, SPP, and service levels to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in demand and/or supply planning within an end-to-end supply chain.
• Proven expertise in innovation launches, product lifecycle, and portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of planning systems, including SAP, JDA, Excel, and PIM.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for an international environment.
