What you will do

• Map business processes to identify high-impact AI use cases across diverse departments.
• Lead monthly AI Change Readiness meetings and maintain project roadmaps.
• Facilitate the design of AI solutions, including RAG patterns and automated agents.
• Ensure AI solutions align with broader Data and Cloud architecture.
• Champion prompt engineering and data governance best practices.
• Establish deployment frameworks to ensure secure and effective AI adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience with the GenAI landscape, including LLMs, RAG, and Agentic workflows.
• Solid working knowledge of Data Engineering and Cloud Computing principles.
• Strong facilitation and change management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating business processes for AI readiness and mapping prioritized roadmaps.
• Must be able to work from the Hammersmith, London office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, specifically Vertex AI and BigQuery.
• Experience integrating AI into Google Workspace using Apps Script and AppSheet.
