What you will do

• Read and interpret work orders, manufacturing procedures, and engineering diagrams to manufacture wiring subassemblies.
• Perform wiring tasks including crimping, stripping, cutting, pulling, and bundling according to project plans.
• Ensure all wires and components are properly labeled, marked, and routed in an orderly fashion.
• Maintain high quality workmanship standards for all electrical and mechanical components.
• Uphold a safe, clean, and orderly work area while adhering to safety management protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in wiring or installing electrical/mechanical components or completion of a technical vocational program.
• Ability to interpret written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
• Basic math skills for technical specifications and measurements.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, Texas.
