What you will do

• Architect and implement high-throughput Go-based services with low latency.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, including API versioning and error handling.
• Drive code quality through rigorous reviews and technical documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align backend services with product goals.
• Contribute to on-call rotations and improve system reliability based on incident trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production Go experience with fluency in idioms and concurrency.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs at scale.
• Deep expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and familiarity with Redis or ClickHouse.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka or Redpanda and gRPC.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of production Rust experience.
• Background in prediction markets, trading platforms, or financial systems.
• Experience with blockchain or Web3 systems, particularly EVM-based.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
