What you will do

• Supervise the administrative support team, including interviewing, training, and performance evaluation.
• Manage patient payments, validate monetary status, and prepare bank deposits.
• Coordinate patient intake and discharge processes while maintaining compliant patient charts.
• Schedule patient appointments with medical staff and develop staff work schedules.
• Perform daily accounting duties and manage office supplies and reception.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and accrediting standards and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of general office experience, including at least 1 year as an office manager.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in basic accounting and data entry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress environments and interact with patients with diverse health and legal issues.
