What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle of the non-violence initiative from strategic design to execution.
• Implement behavioral change programs using media, art, and digital platforms to shift cultural norms.
• Drive advocacy strategies to influence public policy and legislative proposals.
• Establish strategic partnerships with civil society, academic organizations, and government stakeholders.
• Develop a global scaling strategy to adapt the program to diverse cultural and political contexts.
• Create robust data monitoring systems to measure long-term social impact.

Requirements

• Proven visionary leadership and ability to inspire multi-sector coalitions.
• Strong strategic systems thinking for navigating complex social and policy ecosystems.
• Experience in turning high-level ideas into measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Deep commitment to justice, inclusion, and amplifying marginalized voices.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural fluency for sensitive community engagement.
• English: Proficiency test required.
