What you will do

• Plan and organize development within a cross-functional team of 20–25 people to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Translate feature concepts into actionable plans, manage sprints, and coordinate between internal teams and external contributors.
• Identify and remove blockers, maintain stakeholder transparency, and optimize development processes using metrics.
• Design systems for measuring development effectiveness to improve both speed and quality.
• Participate in hiring and building a strong, balanced team to support long-term product goals.

Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to Cyprus for on-site work in Limassol.
• Experience driving feature delivery in a live game environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong people management skills including hiring, assessment, and development.
• Ability to work with data to enhance development processes and production pipelines.
• Proficiency with task management software and a proactive approach to learning new tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Professional background as a Project Manager in game development, specifically on live games.
• In-depth understanding of game production pipelines including client/server development, art, QA, and live operations.
