What you will do

• Structure and distribute trade finance solutions, including Supply Chain and Receivables Finance.
• Drive portfolio optimization using syndication, sell-downs, and credit risk mitigation techniques.
• Lead client engagements, including pitches and RfP processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors to expand distribution capacity.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across sales, risk, legal, and product management teams.
• Develop scalable processes and innovative transaction structures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in banking, finance, or structured working capital solutions.
• Proven experience in loan syndication, distribution, or structured finance.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Master’s degree in Business Economics, Quantitative Finance, or related field.
• Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management skills.
