What you will do

• Monitor the full settlement lifecycle, including trade capture, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the settlement cycle.
• Manage and develop strategic relationships across multiple Prime brokers.
• Lead and drive initiatives to improve process efficiencies.
• Keep management and trading teams updated on essential operational issues.
• Develop existing business lines and help open new ones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant commercial experience in Operations, Middle Office, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong scripting skills.
• Ability to process and critically analyze data to understand inherent risks.
• Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
