What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and external financial specialists.
• Develop risk management structures and implement robust financial controls and systems.
• Execute long-term financial strategy, including annual budgets and cash flow projections.
• Optimize capital structure and negotiate corporate financing, including bank loans, investment funds, and PPAs.
• Monitor financial performance and evaluate business cases for energy assets.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax and sustainability laws.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or finance.
• Proven experience in senior financial roles such as Finance Director or Manager Finance & Control.
• Proficiency in IFRS/GAAP and knowledge of tax legislation.
• Must be based in or able to work from Utrecht, Netherlands.
