Salary: $104,900–$137,700

What you will do

• Provide daily sales support and strategic problem-solving to General Agents and Advisors via phone and email.
• Research and respond to complex inquiries regarding retirement plan recordkeeping and design.
• Manage requests for plan reports, including fee benchmarking and investment reviews.
• Utilize digital platforms to assist with practice management and drive group retirement plan growth.
• Facilitate educational and sales calls to promote best practices in group retirement.
• Collaborate with internal partners to implement new products and service capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retirement plan experience
• 2+ years of experience with 401(k), Profit Sharing, and Pooled/Multiple Employer plan design
• 2+ years of experience with Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans
• Active FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required at time of application
• 1+ years of experience working with field partners such as financial advisors or RIAs
• Bachelor’s degree or HS Diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience

• Experience with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP)
